Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as CÈVIRI cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, CÈVIRI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn under clothing or used. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Before sending an item back, customers must contact us at: contact@ceviriatelier.com and provide clear photos of the item for approval. Do not ship the item until your return or exchange request has been approved by CÈVIRI. Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.
